1. Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we require appointments for bridal, grad and bridesmaids.  Please call the store and we can set you up with an appointment. (403) 782-3312.

2. How long does it take for wedding dresses to come in?
About 5 months to order but we can check stock and do sell all of our gowns off the rack if you do not have time to order.

3. Do you start shopping for grad in the Fall?
Absolutely yes. We get our dresses early and encourage you to come in to get them early. If we don’t have your size and colour , we have to order and it all takes time. May comes quickly.

4. What’s the average cost of a wedding gown at elite?
About $1500-$1800 depending of the season. We do have dresses that are under $1000 but average would be that range.

5. What the average cost of a grad dress?
About $500 for a typical grad dress. We do have dresses as low as $99 and higher than $500 but that would be the average.

6. Do we do alterations?
We do not have our own seamstress but we do have people we highly recommend. They charge around $30 /hr

7. When should we order bm dresses?
You need about 5 months as well. It can sometimes take a while to decide so leave yourself enough time. We can rush dresses for an additional cost if you are short on time.

8. How do I pay?
We require half down to order and it has to be paid in full when you want to take the gown out of the store. We do have layaway plans for any instock dress purchases.

9. You have clothes and shoes?
Yes we are actually a department store like no other. 7300sq feet of anything you would love to wear. From gowns to casual clothes to boots and shoes, we almost have it all.

10. Do most people need alterations?
Yes probably 95% of people need some sort of alteration on their gown. It is an extra charge.

12. What’s a trunk Show?
When we attend buying shoes there is always a fashion show. At the end of the show the collection of dresses is sent to stores so they can showcase the collection before it hits the stores. That’s why they are usually size 6-8.

13. What’s the grad room?
We now have a separate place for grads. 3300 sq feet of pure grad heaven.

14. When are you open?
10am-530 pm Monday thru Saturday and Thursday we stay open until 8pm.
